Women of Colour in Policing #WoCiP 

Join us for a free webinar at IBZ Gimborn on February 02 at 17:00 CET: „Women of Colour in Policing.“ This event will be moderated by May-Britt Ronnebro #SHEisIPA, who will host influential guests, including Sergeant Sandra Smith, founder of BCH WoCiP and Bedfordshire Police’s Positive Action Lead, and Samantha Alexander, BCH WoCiP Assistant Lead and co-creator of the BCH Inclusion and Race Program. Their work calls on policing to be actively anti-racist through initiatives like Listening Circles. CH Supt Tanya Wilkins will join as an honorary guest.

This seminar provides valuable insights into how we can uplift and support women of color in law enforcement, from officers to volunteers, both current and retired. Participants will gain a deeper understanding of the unique challenges faced by women from diverse backgrounds and how to foster an inclusive workplace that promotes policing as a rewarding career path.
