The World Health Organization has identified wellbeing as being a key element of the overall health of an individual. People are now more focused on their own wellbeing and their wellness within the workplace. Given the increased issue of retention and recruitment of Police across the world, this seminar will focus on the area of wellbeing within organisations. The seminar will open with recognizing the different aspects and definitions of wellbeing. The central theme of this seminar will examine a framework for developing and implementing a wellbeing programme for your Police Force. The seminar is aimed at individuals working in a general policing role, leadership roles, senior management or any member who has a general interest in wellbeing. The seminar is promoted by IPA-Section Ireland.
